Lubrication Solution for Mining

Application Environment

When mining machinery and mining vehicles operate under extremely harsh conditions, they encounter multiple severe challenges:

1. Severe Pollution

The dust concentration can reach as high as 1000mg/m³ (more than 10 times that of ordinary industries), accelerating the oxidation of oil and abrasive wear, and clogging the lubrication pipelines.

Mud and water intrusion leads to the emulsification failure of lubricating grease (such as the rotating bearings of excavators in open-pit mines).

2. Extremely high mechanical loads

Equipment such as crushers and ball mills are subjected to impact loads (instantaneous pressure > 50 MPa), causing micro-pitting and peeling on the gear surfaces.

The bearings of heavy-duty transport vehicles operate under heavy loads and low speeds continuously, presenting a prominent risk of boundary lubrication.

3. Complex Physical Environment

Temperature Fluctuation: The ambient temperature of underground equipment can reach 45°C (with local temperatures exceeding 80°C), while in extremely cold areas, the temperature can drop to -40°C.

Space Constraints: The layout of underground equipment is compact, making it difficult to access lubrication points and increasing the risk of manual maintenance.

Slope and Vibration: The coal mining machine operates on a 25° inclined coal seam, which intensifies oil splashing and pump suction difficulties.

Solution

LUBLE achieves continuous operation of construction machinery under extreme conditions by replacing high-risk manual operations with centralized intelligent fuel supply.

The intelligent system of LUBLE manages over 200 lubrication points and can withstand impacts and vibrations of over 10g (suitable for high-frequency operations of excavators and pile drivers). The lubrication system of LUBLE employs multi-level sealing to prevent dust and mud from entering, and uses wide temperature range lubricating oil (-40℃ to 180℃) to cope with high temperatures during asphalt paving and low temperatures in cold regions. It can remotely set the oil injection parameters, and the response speed for fault warnings is increased by 90%, completely eliminating the risks of manual work at heights and in narrow spaces.

Application scope

Coal mining machines, mining trucks, electric shovels' rotating mechanisms, drilling machines, crushing and screening equipment.
