Dual-line Lubrication Systems

With its unique design and strong reliability, the two-line lubrication system has distinct advantages in dealing with the lubrication needs of ultra-multi-lubrication points, heavy loads and harsh working conditions.

 

1. Super ability to cover a large number of lubrication points:

LUBLE's two-line system is connected to a pump station and a large number of two-line distributors by two main oil lines that are alternately pressurized.   The pump station pressurizes one of the main pipes in turn to drive the piston in the connected distributor to complete the oil supply of half of the lubricating points;   the pressure is switched to the other main pipe to drive the remaining distributor to act.   A single system can easily support hundreds or even thousands of lubrication points, especially suitable for complex equipment groups such as steel plants, mines, large port machinery and so on.

 

2. Excellent reliability and anti-pollution ability:

LUBLE's two-line distributor features a large channel design and rugged plunger construction that requires far less lubricant cleanliness than progressive systems.   Even if the grease contains trace impurities or has poor fluidity, the system can still work stably and adapt to harsh industrial environments such as metallurgical dust and humidity.   Mechanical work, no complex electronic components, very low failure rate.

 

3. The impact of single point failure is small and the system toughness is high:

The key advantage is independence. If a certain lubrication point or a single distributor is blocked, only the point itself is affected, and other distributors on the same main line and all distributors on another main line can still be lubricated normally.   The system will not be paralyzed as a whole, which ensures that the lubrication of the main body of the equipment is not interrupted, and the maintenance window is more flexible.

 

4. Long distance and large flow transportation:

The design of the two main pipes with alternating pressurization reduces the peak flow requirements and, combined with the high working pressure (typically 100-250 bar), enables effective delivery over long distances of more than 150 meters and meets the requirements of heavy-duty lubrication with many lubrication points and large grease volumes.

 

5. Maintenance is intuitive and simple:

Dispensers are usually equipped with a visual piston indicator that allows direct observation of the action status of each point.   Combined with the pressure monitoring of the main pipeline, the location of the fault point is relatively direct.   Although there are many pipelines in the system structure, the standardization of components is high.
