Single-Line Lubrication Systems

With its unique piping design and control logic, the single-line lubrication system is ideal for long distance, multi-point, highly flexible lubrication needs.

1. Long distance transportation, wide coverage:

The single-line lubrication system of LUBLE relies only on a single main oil supply pipe connecting the pump station and the lubrication points.  By increasing the working pressure of the system (usually up to 100-250 bar or even higher), it can easily overcome the resistance caused by long pipelines, and the longest conveying distance can reach more than 120 meters, which perfectly solves the problem of wide-area lubrication of large equipment (such as port machinery, mining equipment, production line).

2. Point-to-point independent control without interference:

Each lubrication point is connected to the main oil line by a single line oiler. The system adopts sequential control: after the pump station is pressurized, the oil drives the action of each oiler in turn according to the preset program.

The key advantage is that the blockage or failure of one point will not affect the normal oil supply of other points, and the reliability of the system is significantly improved.

3. Flexible expansion and easy transformation:

The system structure is clear and simple. To increase or decrease the lubrication points, it is only necessary to add or remove the oiler at the corresponding position of the main oil pipe and adjust the controller program without changing the entire pipeline structure. This modular design makes system expansion, transformation or maintenance extremely convenient, especially suitable for later equipment upgrading or layout adjustment.

4. Accurate and quantitative oil supply, more detailed monitoring:

Each oiler is capable of independently and accurately delivering a predetermined dose of lubricant. Together with LUBLE's controllers and sensors (such as pressure switches), it enables more refined lubrication management and fault diagnosis.
